Affordable housing and addictions case management for individuals who are homeless, have HIV/AIDS and significant substance abuse issues

Sherbourne Program
Part of Wellesley Central Residence; bachelor, one and two bedroom apartments, including personal support, homemaking, coordination services

Sherbourne Transitional Housing Program
For individuals with a long history of homelessness or unstable housing, includes private quarters, communal living spaces, intensive case management
