- 40-bed, trauma-informed emergency shelter providing safe, confidential accommodation
- pet friendly; on-site kennel available for dogs and cats
- 24/7 crisis intervention and emotional support
- individual and group counselling
- referrals, advocacy, and court accompaniment
- personalized safety planning and service coordination
- housing supports
- children's programming
- community education and outreach
- transitional support services
- assistance finding permanent affordable housing
- help accessing subsidized childcare and local schools
- school registration support
- educational workshops, recreational activities, and outings
- follow-up services for continued safety and well-being

- Women, 2-Spirit, trans and non-binary individuals and their children experiencing violence

Survivors will not be denied service due to lack of identification; If documents are missing or unavailable due to emergency circumstances, staff will assist survivors in accessing replacement identification and completing required forms
