Satellite Opioid Treatment Program

Community based outpatient opioid addiction treatment service

• opioid agonist treatment, methadone and suboxone

• case management

• individual counselling and treatment planning

• access to harm reduction supplies, food, clothing and hygiene items

• drop-in resource centre

Toronto Opiate Support Team (TOST)

For individuals who use opiates or replacement medications, and have little or no access to supportive services (no age restrictions)

• case management, counselling and advocacy

• training for community service providers on harm reduction, gender based violence, opiates and opiate treatment

• Mental Health / Addictions - Community Mental Health Centres
