Niagara Parents - Postpartum Depression, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
- Description
A nine-week, group-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program designed for parents who are feeling depressed, down or anxious. A public health nurse will teach skills, strategies and tools to help manage depression and anxiety. A workbook will be provided to record goals and progress.
- Eligibility
- Pregnant or birth parents with children up to 18 months of age. Call for eligibility requirements.
