Provides assistance to all Indigenous people, regardless of status, who are in contact with the legal system to help navigate the court process and better understand their rights, options, and responsibilities when appearing before the courts. Assistance includes:
- Indigenous adults and youth charged with a criminal offense
- separating couples involved in family court
- Indigenous families dealing with child welfare matters
