Includes a detailed Educational Action Plan with classroom learning strategies to help achieve the client's goals.

- Assessment is designed for those who: have significant difficulties with reading, writing, or math skills have previously been diagnosed with a learning disability self-report that they have learning challenges and want to explore this further
