Offers legal support and forms assistance to help transgender individuals through the process of legally changing their name and sex designation on Ontario and Canada government IDs, birth certificates, and other records.

- Application Process
- Call the Hamilton Community Legal Clinic at 905-527-4572 to book an appointment. An intake meeting will match the participant to the appropriate services. This includes gathering information such as age, name (preferred name and birth name), address, place of birth, and length of residency in Ontario.
