Intensive service for children, youth and their families who are experiencing significant social, emotional, and/or behavioural difficulties that make it hard for them to manage in home, school and/or in community settings
Service can involve:- intensive service coordination
- counselling
- family counselling
- skills training
The goal of this service is to reduce the severity of mental health impact, strengthen coping strategies, increase awareness and understanding of current challenges and improve overall wellness. This service incorporates service collaboration, case management and working together with other community partners
