Provides a comprehensive collection of programs and supports through the following service units:
- Child and Youth Mental Health Services - therapy, groups, crisis and outreach services
- Autism and Behavioural Services - OAP and behaviour supports
- Adult Counselling - adult and family counselling services
- Developmental Services - children and adults
- Youth and Justice Services - youth in conflict with the law, adult justice programs and a youth residential program
- Early Learning and Care Services - licensed child care and EarlyON Child and Family Centres
- Early Childhood Intervention Services - child development
- Contact - information and referrals to local services and service resolution, Coordinated Service Planning and FASD supports
- Child Nutrition Network - supports local student nutrition programs in Haldimand and Norfolk
The organization partners with secondary and post-secondary institutions to provide student placements
The agency also has a volunteer program that provides supplemental supports to all agency programs- Eligibility
