Primary care treatment for those living with diabetes. Awareness programming and education on diabetes and its associated risks

  • diabetic foot care provided by nursing or chiropody
  • examine legs and feet
  • foot assessments (circulation, sensation, edema)

  • insulin injections
  • non-insulin injections

  • lifestyle management
  • diabetes risk assessment
