Homeownership Program - program can help renters become homeowners
- provides eligible first-time homebuyers with a 5% loan for a down payment
Program is a partnership between the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario, the City of Brantford, and the County of Brant
- Eligibility
- must be a first-time home buyer
- be at least 18 years old and renting in Brantford or Brant County
- be buying a home in Brantford or Brant County for $400 or less
- have a household income of up to $90,000
