Community Counselling - Violence Against Women (VAW)
- Description
Counselling is provided through a trauma-informed lens to individuals age 16 and older who have experienced violence or abuse in their relationship
Most counselling takes place in small group settings, where participants can draw support from one another. There are a variety of group topics including but not limited to: Abuse Recovery, Anxiety, Healthy Relationships and Self Esteem
Individual counseling is also offered on a limited basis- Eligibility
- Women, transwomen, non-binary and gender non-conforming, gender fluid individuals ages 16 years and older
