Services support programming for Deaf, Anglophone, Francophone and Indigenous learners.
- Eligibility
- Ontario adults who are Deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing, aged 18 and older, who are employed or unemployed and receive income support, and who have reading, writing, and math skills below the Grade 12 level. Facility in American Sign Language may be required - check with service provider; must have facility in English
