- Eligibility
- Open to all families (including newcomer families) and individuals that meet a low income assessment.
- Application Process
- All new registrants must sign up in person. Registration hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am-10am and 12:30pm-1:30pm. Please being identification for all household members with proof of address.
