John Howard Society Youth Navigation Program
- Description
A community based program for youth requiring support, helping young people (12-24 years of age) navigate the service systems to connect them to resources in their community, and providing individual case management and group sessions to support youth in developing a personal plan based on their own goals. Self referrals are welcome.
