Community Food Box
- for vulnerable members of the community who are unable to acquire the essentials
- depending upon availability may include eggs and dairy, bread, fruits and vegetables
Meals on Wheels™- nutritionally balanced meals to people who are unable to prepare meals or easily shop for groceries
- hot or frozen meals are delivered by volunteers
- special diets are available
- Eligibility
- Adults, 16 years and older, and their caregivers who have needs related to aging, physical and/or mental health
Must be a client to receive Meals on Wheels
