- Description
Connects families who need support during the holiday season with donors who give the gift of hope and joy by shopping for tangible gifts and grocery-needs cards. Families are referred to the program by social-community agencies in Guelph and Wellington County.
- Eligibility
- Families must be referred by a social-community worker, have children/youth 0-18 years old (or are an independent youth 22 years old or younger) and be living primarily in Guelph or Wellington County.
- Application Process
- Families must be referred by a social service or community agency. Families cannot directly apply. Donors can register via the Children's Foundation website. Contact Adopt-A-Family for detailed information.
