- assists low income youth, families, newcomers and seniors in determining housing needs and with applications to York Region Subsidized Housing and Special Priority
- assistance with applications for Ontario Electricity Support Program (OESP)
- information sessions on subsidized housing and utility assistance, as well as Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program
- mediation for landlords and tenants, including connections to community resources and long- term support
- landlord registry, including recruitment of landlords, free rental listings, and landlord and tenant matching
- information on landlord and tenant rights and responsibilities
