Eligibility
Youth 16-24 years requiring housing, with a source of income or who are eligible to receive Ontario Works assistance; must be Canadian citizen, landed immigrant or Convention refugee; must be willing to sign occupancy agreement and actively participate in goal setting, programs and activities Residency Requirements: Peel Region
Application Process
Referral can be self-referral, community agencies, educational or health care organization; complete and return SHIP Application Form
Housing Liaison from Peel Youth Village will contact the applicant and/or referral source to complete the intake assessment of eligibility
