Description
5-week outpatient program with group and individual support. Counselling, education and skill development included

Topics addressed:
  • managing cravings and urges
  • effective communication
  • disrupting habits
  • managing anxiety
  • social supports
  • rewarding successes
Eligibility
Ages 16 years and older
Participants accessing the program should have an identified recovery goal (harm reduction or abstinence) and be prepared to abstain from substance use while attending treatment
