Literacy and basic skills training, including numeracy, digital, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • helps learners prepare for employment, apprenticeship, secondary-school credit, post-secondary education, and greater independence

CNIB Deafblind Community Services offers this program for those with visual and hearing impairments.

Eligibility
Ontario adults aged 18 and older who are employed or unemployed and receive income support, with reading, writing, and math skills below Grade 12. Must have facility in English
