Provides services as part of the Ontario Autism Program (OAP)'s Foundational Family Services. Offers an initial consultation to assess family need and create a customized service plan.

- Open to children and youth ages 18 and younger with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder.

- Contact to start the application process. Written diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder including relevant assessment information and documentation pertaining to the diagnosis is required.
