Provides outpatient care for adults, adolescents, children, and infants who are HIV positive as well as clients who are living with HIV, Hepatitis C, and Hepatitis B co-infections. Services include:
- health assessment and bloodwork
- education about HIV care
- immunizations and medications
- counselling
- referrals
- Eligibility
- Individuals affected by HIV, including pregnant women.
- Application Process
- Appointments can be made as a self-referral. Doctors, healthcare providers, or AIDS service organizations can make referrals by completing the referral form and faxing it.
