A YMCA sponsored membership offers the same facilities, programs and services as YMCA general membership but at a reduced monthly rate
- No membership is free; every member is asked to pay some portion of the cost of their membership on a monthly basis
- Those who are approved for a sponsored membership are asked to commit to utilizing the facility a minimum of two times per week

- Documents Required
- To apply for Financial Assistance, proof of total household income is required. To help verify this information, a copy of total household T1 General Tax Return(s) along with a copy of total household monthly income statement(s) is needed to help assess total household monthly income
For proof of income, each person earning income within the household is required to provide the following documentation:
- A copy of the total household T1 General Tax Return (s) and
- A copy of the total household monthly income statement (s)
