- Home child care agencies are licensed by the Ministry of Education to administer and supervise home child care providers who are registered with the agency. This home child care agency recruits individual child care providers to provide care in their home. Provides training, professional learning workshops, monthly home visits by Registered Early Childhood Educators who provide guidance and support to providers and children in all aspects of child development and Ministry of Education initiatives.

Child care provider hours are usually flexible and geared to parent need. Shift coverage provided. Child care providers may be able to escort children to their school, but they do not pick up or drop off at the child's home. - Eligibility
