- Supports for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible. Referral to other community services.
Services include:- in-home health services and community based programs to individuals of all ages
- long-term care program includes five Adult Day Programs - Barrie, Collingwood, Orillia, Beeton and Bracebridge
- in-home respite and enrichment program that is available to individuals with a diagnosis of Alzheimer Disease or related dementia
- coordinate Home At Last (HAL) Program and SMART Seniors Maintaining Active Roles Together Program
