- Description
The Provincial Youth Outreach Worker program (PYOW) helps marginalized and at-risk youth and families better navigate and connect with services in their communities to improve youth outcomes. Provincial Youth Outreach Workers build relationships with youth and their families, in order to help them identify and articulate their needs and access the opportunities that can help them to develop their capacity to make healthy life choices and achieve their goals.
- Eligibility
- Open to at-risk youth ages 12-25 in priority communities and/or who belong to a distinct priority population.
