- virtual and/or in-person legal assistance to 2 Spirit, Trans and non-binary people in Ontario with ID applications, name change, gender marker change, and other related needs
Mock Hearing Program For 2SLGBTQ+ Refugee Claimants
- professional support and guidance to prepare for Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB) Hearing
Public Legal Education Sessions
- accessible legal workshops for community members on a range of pertinent legal issues including, but not limited to
- rights and responsibilities while (counter) protesting
- tenant rights
- youth justice rights
- rights while interacting with police services
- sex worker rights
