Suntrac Wellness and Addiction Treatment Program
- Description
Provides personalized support to individuals who are seeking to change their substance use. Participants learn to identify and deal with triggers while living in the community. Programs are offered in-person and virtually.
- Eligibility
- Open to all individuals 19 years of age or older who want to stop all substance use, cut out a particular substance, or learn to use substances in a way that is less harmful.
- Application Process
- Call to book an assessment and to register. Self-referral and agency referrals welcome.
