- 50-bed long-term care home - residential care for 20 private rooms and 15 semi-private rooms
- 24-hour nursing and personal care
- access to a doctor and other health professionals
- assistance with medication and activities of daily living
- bedding and furniture
- laundry and housekeeping
- meals
- medical supplies and equipment (such as catheters, ostomy bags, or wound care supplies)
- personal hygiene supplies
- recreation and social programs
- offered up to 90 days per year, as available
- residents have access to the same services as long-stay residents

- Adults who need long-term care
- Six Nations Health Services assess the needs of Indigenous applicants
- Ontario Health atHome care coordinators assess the needs of non-Indigenous applicants
