- Eligibility
- Residents of the County of Brant and Brantford, visitors to Brant County may also use the service
- When booking a ride, book additional seats for children and select passenger type. Book up to three additional passengers. Children under 12 must ride with an adult
- Vehicles are not equipped with car seats
