Nightlight Youth Services - Transitional Housing


Description
Provides customized support to assist male youth without secure housing and requiring long-term support. Offers more independence but includes staff supports to encourage and empower youth to build competencies and life skills. The goal of the program is to prepare residents for independence and strengthen their capacity for success as self-sufficient members of the community.
Eligibility
Males ages 16-30 years
Application Process
Referrals to the short-term program can be made 24 hours a day. Applications for the long-term program can be accessed through the website.
