- Provides transitional housing, and assists with setting goals that will lead to more independence, including:
- skills development
- support
- self esteem improvement
- advocacy, and
- referrals to other programs and services that might be of benefit
- Eligibility
- Women ages 16 years and over and her children requiring transitional housing upon leaving the shelter
- Application Process
- Requires the resident to have stayed in shelter for 30 days to determine suitability for communal living; application for the onsite transitional housing is internal
