- Documents Required
- Documents required for all family members over the age of 18 living with the applicant:
- proof of address
- proof of identification
- proof of household income (all family members aged 18 and over)
- Notice of Assessment (if not available or income has greatly changed since the prior year, other current documentation can be used, pay stubs, cheque stubs, bank statements, etc)
