Outpatient integrated health and wellness centre, includes research, training, and healing models combining traditional knowledge and contemporary medicine, cultural programming and ceremonies- individual counselling and group therapy
- access to Cultural Care Practitioners, including Elders, Healers and Knowledge Sharers
- access to traditional healing interventions such as talking circles, Sweat Lodge and ceremonial grounds

- Individuals 18 years and older, who self-identify as First Nations, Inuit and/or Métis and are experiencing substance misuse and mental health issues
