Description

Comprehensive outpatient medical and psychosocial assessment, intervention and treatment services for people with addiction/concurrent disorder issues

  • Rapid Access Addiction Medicine (RAAM) Clinic providing barrier-free, walk-in access for people with urgent concerns
  • withdrawal management
    • short-term medication therapy for withdrawal management from alcohol, opioids and benzodiazepines
    • Ambulatory Day Detox Withdrawal Management support
  • medication therapy for alcohol, opioids, tobacco and benzodiazepine substance use disorder
  • comprehensive urine drug testing
  • group-based psychosocial treatment
  • limited short-term individual psychosocial/psychotherapy for those not suited to group treatment
Eligibility
Individuals 18 years and older with addiction/concurrent disorders
