- Description
Providing holistic and culture-based supports to respond to the needs of mental health and addictions for urban Indigenous individuals and families, with a focus on trauma-informed and strength-based approaches. Services are provided in individual and group services including peer counselling, sharing circles, and other traditional and land-based activities that support the achievement of a Good Mind.

- Open to all First Nation, Metis, Inuit and individuals self-identifying, status and non-status, who are 18 years old and up.
