The Housing Stability Fund helps individuals and families in Brantford and Brant County secure new housing or maintain their current living situation
This fund may be able to help with:- utility arrears
- utility deposits
- housing-related arrears, including rental arrears
- last month's rent
- Eligibility
- Funds are provided on a case-by-case basis, based on family size and income
- Individuals/families are eligible every two years as long as the eligibility requirements are met
- Application Process
- Contact by phone or drop in to the Housing Resource Centre. A screener will be completed to determine next steps
