Services include:

• Target Wage Subsidy - sustainable employment training
• Job Creation Partnership- skill development opportunities for unemployed workers
• Direct Course Purchase - training courses with qualified trainers to overcome existing labor market barriers
• Employment Assistance Support - employment service assistance for local community organizations
• Self-Employment Assistance - assist individuals to become self-employed
• Small Business Support Program - assist entrepreneurs through skill development
• Local Labour Market Partnerships - encourage communities to leverage existing local organizations and relationships to address employment and training needs
• Mobility Assistance - support individuals with job offers that require relocation
• Alter-Abled Initiative - promote employment and training, focusing on workplace support and opportunities for Alter-Abled Indigenous peoples
• Summer Career Placement - encourage employers to create summer jobs for students aged 15-30 years
• Youth Work Experience - provide quality work experiences for Indigenous youth aged 18-30 years
• Stay in School Initiative - help at-risk students stay in school through community-developed programs and services
