Mobile Food Bank
- delivers food to persons who are unable to access a food bank due limited mobility, temporary or permanent disability
- deliveries are made once every 2 weeks
- intake assessment for eligibility
Food distributed is donated by Daily Bread Food Bank, North York Harvest and Second Harvest, program funding support provided by The United Way
- Eligibility
- Individuals who reside in Toronto (M postal code) and cannot access traditional grocery stores or community food programs such as food banks due to limited physical mobility and/or psychosocial challenges
