Concurrent Disorders and Addictions Outpatient Counselling

Services include:

  • free in-person, phone or virtual services
  • both individual and group counselling
  • assessment and support planning
  • referrals to day and bed-based treatment and continuing care services
Eligibility
Individuals over 12 years old using substances, experiencing a concurrent disorder (substance use and mental health combined) or gambling
Application Process
Call for information or to schedule a same day intake and assessment
