Multidisciplinary services for children and youths who have serious, ongoing mental health concerns.

Services include :
  • individual, family and group therapy
  • assessments and treatment for children and youth who are struggling to function in school, community and at home.
Eligibility
Children and youth 17 years and under who have a developmental delay and a psychiatric diagnosis
Application Process
Physician referral required through CHEO's Centralized Mental Health Intake Service
  • appointments are required
