Participates in LINC (Language Instruction for Newcomers to Canada) in English, upon assessment by YMCA of Greater Toronto -- see separate entryThis location is administrative only
- Eligibility
- Adults 18 years or older who are Permanent Residents, Convention Refugees, Protected Persons or CUAET Permit Holders (for Ukrainian citizens) or persons in Canada whose applications for Permanent Resident status are being processed in Canada and who have been informed by a letter from IRCC of initial approval of their application subject to an admissibility assessment; they must be physically within Ontario and have a valid language test, completed with an accredited language assessment organization
