Supportive Housing
- congregate living, high support living, addictions supportive housing and independent living

- Eligibility
- Individuals 16 years and older with mental health and/or addiction challenges that are seriously impacting their lives
Supportive Housing applicants must qualify for a housing subsidy under the criteria set by the Ministry of Health, and are willing to accept some level of support from the housing provider
Residency Requirements: Must be living/staying or planning to live/stay in Toronto - Application Process
