- Description
Offers a variety of mental health related outpatient services for children and youth age 17 and younger. Healthcare providers will meet with the parent/child to learn about and understand the difficulties the child is having, and make recommendations to best suit their needs.
Services available include:
- Mental Health Consultation and Assessment
- Individual, Family, and Group Treatment
- Clinical Outreach Services
- Psychological Testing and Consultation Services
- Brief Intervention Services
- Regional Outpatient Services
- Eligibility
- Open to all ages 18 and younger.
- Application Process
- Contact for information about the referral process. The following should be brought to appointments: child's Ontario Health Insurance (OHIP) Card a list of all past and current medications including all vitamins, supplements, and herbal remedies any other forms related to the child's care such as reports from previous assessments, letters, and school information
