Community Counselling- Assists children and youth 12-18 years, and their families, in addressing personal problems and/or mental health issues regarding a variety of concerns including feeling overwhelmed, anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioural challenges, addiction, or relationship conflicts

What's Up Walk-In Clinic
- In-person and virtual single session, brief solution-focused mental health counselling for children, youth and young adults up to 29 years, and their families
- concerns may include addiction, depression, anxiety, suicidal and self-harming behaviour, bullying and conflict at school, identity and sexuality including gender identity and sexual orientation, family conflict, body image and behavioural concerns, youth justice issues, grief and bereavement, as well as exploitation and human trafficking
