Free support through a community of Volunteer Angels, referral partners and sponsors for families who have a parent with a cancer diagnosis
Programs include:
- Child care support program for cancer patients - four hours per week of free in-home child care relief provided by volunteers with experience in specialized grief and bereavement support
- Homework Club, Fun in a Box, weekly support groups and summer camp fund
- Virtual support programs for children and weekly cancer group support for moms
- Meal support - home delivered healthy and delicious prepared meals, contact for eligibility criteria
- Eligibility
- Parents who have received a cancer diagnosis, who are receiving treatment or are receiving palliative care with children under 16 years of age Guardians of children under 16 years of age whose parent has died of cancer within the last year.
