Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO)
Recovery oriented supportive housing includes opportunity to improve daily living, promote personal growth and development, and build life skills- 24/7 support services to maintain housing stability

Home First Community Support Program
Access to housing and mental health specialists, case management, rent supplement, and multidisciplinary team- Housing Hub drop-by includes individual mental health and housing support and take-away meal; first come, first served basis
- RentSmart Training housing stability and eviction prevention builds life skills, knowledge and confidence in tenants and landlords through community educators
- Landlord Incentive Program supports eligible landlords in reducing barriers to housing for youth, including preventing eviction and promoting housing stability
- Eligibility
- Youth and adults 16 years and older, who are unhoused or precariously housed
Community Homes for Opportunity (CHO): must be Ontario resident and OHIP recipient at time of application; must have ability to manage self-care and activities of daily living with some supervision; must be willing to live in congregate residential setting, including shared bedroom
Home First Community Support Program: individuals experiencing homelessness - Application Process
