- Description
Summer Day Camps provide children with the opportunity to learn valuable life skills, make new friends and discover interests. Staff are trained in leadership, safety, emergency procedures, and possess current certification in First Aid, CPR and Healthy Child Development. Camps are located at the Y and Guelph Lake (Camp Conestogo). Themed weeks offer programs in sports, science, and the arts with traditional camp experiences such as water activities, arts and crafts, nature walks, camp songs and active outdoor play

Leaders in Training (LIT): life skills training, practical training and hands on experience in a day camp program; LIT - Refresher Course: two-day program
