Hamilton Community Action Program for Children
- Description
Assists families with young children by addressing barriers that impact their ability to reach optimal health. Provides one-on-one support to help navigate systems that contribute to the overall health and well-being of families. Offers programs in partnership with community coalitions that increase both adult and child health, develop problem-solving skills and social networks, and engage communities.
- Eligibility
- Open to parents with children from newborn up to 6 years old who live in the area of Lake Ontario to the north, Fifty Road to the east, Mud Street to the south and Strathearne Ave to the west.
